Hi there readers!Thank you for subscribing to /r/pics, and for reading this postWe are one of the most active subreddits on the entire site, and are nearly the highest (damn you askreddit) in terms of subscribers! However, we are far from perfect. We just finished our first round of going through the applications, and you can expect new moderators to be added around the start of March. Going through and reviewing all the applications take us a while, so thank you for your patience! Chances are, we will not contact you if you are not accepted, but thank you for applying!Keep an eye out, and again, I expect to add the new mods around March 1st.FlairWe have ben quickly adding more and more flairs to make is easier for users to filter out what they don't want to see. We have some more ideas for this, and expect it to be expanded in the future! We always like suggestions, so feel free to send us a modmail! On desktop, the easiest way to do this is with RES. On mobile, it depends on your client, check the subreddit for your mobile client.New rulesThis is the slow front, but we are working on it.
