(List other relevant experience if you aren't currently a moderator on reddit.)Why do you want to be a moderator of /r/pics, and why should we pick you? What do you think about the rules of /r/pics? Is there anything you would change? What time zone are you in?What do you like about reddit as a whole? Dislike? What do you think you would like to do the most, when moderating /r/pics?What is good customer service to you?You are approached by a user with lots of questions, but you cannot answer them all off the top of your head. What do you do?You are not sure about removing a post. You think it violates a rule, but you aren't 100% sure. What do you do?You have been doxed. A malicious user has posted your name, email, general location, a picture of you, and a link to your Facebook page in the comments of a subreddit you moderate, some subreddits you don't moderate, and in modmail. What do you do? What steps would you take to resolve this from a reddit based context? What is your favorite animal? We are primarily looking for people who can be consistently active, are able to follow the existing rules, and be courteous to users and other moderators. Some moderation experience is preferred, though it is not required for consideration. Any new mods we bring on to the team will be on a trial period before gaining access to our private discussion subreddit.Good luck, everyone!
