9 years ago today I dug my daughter’s grave, next to her brother’s. She died from fetal Hydrops. Digging her grave was the most cathartic, healing thing I did to mourn her death. It allowed me to cry, sweat, and bleed for her. I post to encourage all to do the hard work necessary for healing.
