Holding my Mother's hand as she transitioned into the next life.. I was lucky enough to spend the last 4 hours of her life holding her hand and telling her how much I loved her and what a wonderful mother she was. Unfortunately she was no match for the horrific disease that is Lung CANCER..RIP Mom.
